NBA Picks: Day 17

First things first, we went 3-3 last night, which brought our record to 29-26-1. There are two games tonight and we want action on both of them.

Spurs (+2) @ Mavericks – These are the games the Spurs really show up to make a statement. We like the Spurs to cover and probably win.

Bulls @ Suns (-8.5) – The Suns are going to run the Bulls out of the building. Suns win and cover easily.

P.S. We are not taking any NCAA football action tonight or tomorrow. We will have our weekend picks out shortly.

  1. J4dub: Before I throw some money down on the Ducks I have to ask. Why arent you betting Oregon tonight? They should stomp them at home they have to win all three for a 1# bid. Plus they are gonna be pist from last year. I know that AZ’s gotta a QB but I dont think that the ducks DEF is that bad. Specially at CB and S. Your thoughts

  3. Sorry to not comment soon enough on this one. We actually debated this in house. Runny was all over it and bet his own money on it and my formulas showed that Arizona was actually in a category where they had a 43% chance of covering. We are better when we agree and I would not let us put syndicate money on the line because of my formulas. We certainly did not predict an injury but Oregon was part of a strange statistical anomaly that I wanted to avoid. Good luck on the bet if you placed it.
